The Collierville Schools Finance Department is responsible for managing all of Collierville Schools' fiscal affairs. This department supports Collierville Schools through accounting, administrative services, and financial reporting.

The Finance Department is also responsible for budgeting and financial reporting, payroll, purchasing, inventory and fixed asset control, school finance oversight, and all billing and revenue collection. The department also provides support for Planning, Network Updates, School Nutrition, Transportation, Student Information Systems, Telecommunications, and Career Technical information.

An independent audit firm audits the financial records for Collierville Schools annually.
