Free and Reduced Meal Information

Collierville Schools online application link is listed below. 

If you have not created a "SchoolCafé" account, you will need your student's ID # that is specific to the lunch "SchoolCafé" account.  It is located on your child's report card, the Powerschool portal, directly from your student's school, or from the School Nutrition Office.

Online applications begin July 1st, paper applications available at registration beginning August 1st.

Parents: You are encouraged to apply for meal benefits each year.
Families must apply each school year to receive benefits. Students may receive benefits according to their eligibility from the prior school year for the first 30 operating days of the new school year if they were enrolled in one of the municipal school districts last year.  If we have not received and processed a new application after the 30 days are up, your child will have to pay full price.  If your child received reduced price or free meals from the school cafeteria last year, please be sure you turn in a new application for the 2024-25 school year.

Attention:
If all your children attend the same school district, complete one application and list all your children on the application. It doesn't matter if the children attend different schools within the district, you can list all of them on the family based application.  If you have children in college or in another school district, list those children under Step 3 - Household Members.
